Two jailed on meth charges | Crime

A 37-year-old Warrick County woman and a 24-year-old Evansville man were arrested on meth making charges Wednesday night.
Evansville Police say they were alerted to a home at 649 E. Maryland Street where a caller said a two-liter bottle was smoking.
Officers say when the door opened, they could see a hazy white smoke and smelled chemicals.
After obtaining a search warrant, officers located several items used in making meth. Jesse Allen Cole Shelton, who lived at the address, is facing meth manufacturing charges. Chasity Lynn Kimbrough of Chandler was also arrested on scene and is facing meth-related charges as well as neglect of a dependent.
Bond for Shelton is $25,000. Kimbrough's bond is $1,000. Both are in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
